2.Assessment Brief

Organisations have different purposes for their existence. The dynamic external environment continually presents opportunities and challenges however, an organisation’s ability to take advantage of these opportunities and manage the associated challenges are dependent on how well it evaluates the impact of these challenges from the external environment. Innovative and agile organisations are likely to adapt and thrive successfully in these dynamic environments. You are required to choose ONE business organisation from one of the links provided below. Your chosen organisation should be used as context to answer the questions in this coursework.

Please see below links from where you can select a company/business, for your formative/summative assessment.

NOTE: Please copy and paste the above URLS/links to a new tab and do not click on these.

You must choose one organisation from either “100 Best mid-sized Companies” or “100 Best Large Companies”. You must ensure that there is sufficient quantity and quality of research

material (relating to your chosen business organisation) to support your answers. You will need to contextualise the analysis in your answers to your chosen organisation.

Your answers must be presented in a professional format with no grammatical errors and the word count must also not be more than 2500 words. All in-text citations should follow Harvard Referencing format. You must have a complete reference list before the appendices, evidencing all research sources used in your work. Any relevant material reflected upon in your answers should be shown in the appendices and it will not be included in your word count.
