You have been appointed by a Planteater Vegan Restaurant to create and develop a social media marketing campaign to raise awareness about the launch of their new restaurant.
Assignment Task:
Present a social media campaign covering the following sections below:
Customer Persona - provide a clearly defined customer persona for your target audience.
Social Media Marketing Objectives (goals) - define a set of SMART social media objectives to underpin your social media campaign.
Social Media Channels - propose with supporting justification which social media channels you intend to use to raise awareness about the launch of the new restaurant.
Social Media Tactics - create an appealing content and engagement strategy that will increase the restaurants online presence.
Social Media Content Calendar - provide a content calendar which outlines the scheduling, publishing and safe use of your social media content.
Key Performance Indicators - examine what metrics will be employed to measure the success of your social media campaign using Key Performance Indicators.

o Customer Persona- detailed profile of demographic and psychographic characteristics of target audience (10%)
o Social Media Marketing Objectives- clearly defined SMART social media objectives (15%)
o Social Media Channels- in-depth justification and reasoning of social media platforms to be used within marketing campaign (15%)
o Social Media Tactics-clear outline of engaging content used to raise awareness about the opening of the new restaurant with supporting examples. (20%)
o Social Media Content Calendar- logical breakdown of how content will be scheduled and posted in a safe way (5%)
o Key Performance Indicators- sufficient detail used to explain how the success of your social media campaign will be measured (20%)
· References – quality and range of references (at least 7 references across different sources are expected) – The currency of the data (how recent is the data) is important.
