a) Identify the key aspects of the employment markets (both national and international) that affect it, and evaluate their impact on its resourcing and talent management strategies

b) Critically discuss relevant resourcing and talent management theories with regard to employee turnover, and the impact it can have on your chosen organisation’s strategic goals
