This assignment is to be submitted as a structured literature review.

Assignment Brief

You are required to undertake a literature review on leading human behaviours to deliver improved healthcare.

The assessment expects you to draw on the material you have studied through the module, using the literature provided together with your own research to consider how healthcare leaders work through the human behaviour to deliver improved health outcomes. You are expected to critically evaluate the literature you are presenting to argue its relevance to contemporary healthcare leadership.

While this assignment is weighted at 50%, your marks will be out of 100%

Please make sure that you correctly cite and reference all secondary sources you use, and include a reference list. All referenced work should be obtained from credible sources such as academic journals and textbooks. 

All written work must be in line with Harvard referencing.

Reference lists and any appendices/additional documents will not be included in your final word count.
