Introduction: CHILDREN LEVING WITH DOMESTIC  VIOLENCE

• Discuss and appraise current health promotion strategies available for the chosen public health topic including appraisal of the opportunities and challenges presented to nurses when trying to promote the health and wellbeing of the chosen group.   
• Identify and explore aspects of safety related to the selected issue (this could include safeguarding matters, but this does not have to be the exclusive focus of this element). Ethical-legal issues and non-discriminatory practice should also be discussed. This may include but not be limited to consideration of the NMC code of conduct, producing resources in other languages, and consideration of safest place to display/hand out resource, whether to give to the child or the parent/care givers and so on. Also discuss how digital technologies can support care  in different healthcare settings.
• Identify a model utilised in health promotion related to the chosen public health topic. Clear discussion of the possible ways of applying the model to the selected  topic and the resource created.
