Sally and John want to be able to buy a house in 4.5 years and will need £30,000 for a deposit. They plan to save their money in a bank account. The account will pay 2.75% AER. Calculate:

a) The interest rate per month that would be paid and compounded monthly (3 marks)

b) How much must be deposited at the end of each month for Sally and John to meet their target? (5 marks)

c)  How much interest will be earned in 4.5 years? (2 marks)
