Write a report where you evaluate the approaches taken and techniques used in Project Management (PM). Appraise the role of a Project Manager and the Project Team and discuss the control techniques required to ensure a satisfactory project outcome.

  1. A comparison of the Project Life Cycle with at least 1 other theoretical approach to PM. You should contrast the application of these theories and describe how they are applied in industry.(30 marks)
