Assessment Description

 

Re-Assessment B - Group Participation Log including Group Reflection on Employability Skills Gained (100%)

Submission Deadline: 26th April 2024, 2pm.

Please evaluate the effectiveness of your group work in gaining learning experience and delivering the tasks to the Client in the real-life project through a Group Participation Log, Group Reflection and Individual Contribution Peer Review. 

During the whole project process, you should keep a Group Participation Log which is a detailed record of group activities, roles, tasks and project progression.

You should also write a Group Reflection drawing on the group participation log, which summarises the learning experience (e.g. skills and knowledge) gained from working in a team whilst undertaking the live brief project. Please assess the employability skills developed by utilising the Anglia Ruskin Graduate Capitals (ARGCs) Links to an external site.. You can also identify the areas of the proposal which could have been improved or limitations encountered during the formation of the proposal. The group reflection word limit is 1,000.

Each group member should complete an `Individual Contribution Peer Review Formfor other group members.

Marking Criteria

Group Participation Log: detailed recording of group activities, roles, tasks and project progression. Effective team and project management. 10%

Group Reflection: what was learnt from working in a team on the live brief; what skills and knowledge were gained/developed - utilising the ARU employability capitals, areas of the proposal which could have been improved/limitations encountered during the formation of the proposal. 40%

Individual Contribution Peer Review: individual contribution assessment based on other group member`s feedback. 50%
